When I started making plates alongside garments, in Paris buyers of my old label literally thought I was nuts. They were actually embarrassed and wouldn’t even acknowledge them. Now everyone is at it. #Annoying. Lesson is, if you are doing something people think is weird, keep doing it until they get used to it.
