1. YOUR ORDER
We will confirm your order by email, and mail again to confirm dispatch.

2. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

When you purchase an item on pre-order you will be charged the total price at checkout including any applicable shipping. The order will include confirmation of the date your item will be ready.

When your order is ready we will notify you again by email and confirm despatch. Pre-ordering does not affect your statutory rights.

3. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order immediately after purchase by contacting us. However, once your goods have been dispatched it is not possible to cancel and the order must be processed as a return after receipt.

4. DELIVERY

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which can be tracked online and must be signed for. Please see below territory prices and delivery times:

If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, or to a different address for delivery, you thereby agree to accept the obtained signature as evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility for the goods to yourself.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(outside of UK/EEC)

International orders outside of the EEC/EU (except to Free Ports) are liable for Sales Taxes & Duty levied by the country you are resident in/shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

A courier representative will contact you when your order arrives for payment of any Customs & Duty charges before delivery.

6. FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

Free shipping offers and discounts are for carrier/postage fees only and do not include any local Tax or Customs Duty on international orders as above. These will still need to be paid in order to receive the item.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in creating innovative items of the highest quality. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will refund or exchange unworn/unused goods within 14 days of receipt. Please email to request a Return Authorisation to info@dress-ltd.com and ensure the item is:

·      is in its original condition

·      has not been worn, used or damaged

·      is returned in its original packaging, with tags as original purchase.

Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items returned without notification will not be accepted.

Returns should be made using registered Special Delivery service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. DRESS is not responsible for any items lost in the post.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Where the goods have been bought using a free shipping code for an order over a certain amount, and the returned item reduces the initial order to below this amount, the original shipping charges for your territory may be deducted from the return.

If DRESS receives no communication from you within 14 days of delivery regarding any problem with the item/s, then you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURN CUSTOMS DECLARATION

Your local customs & duty charges are non-refundable through the store, as they have been applied by your government agency. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs agent directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

For international returns, please ensure returned goods are marked 'Returned Goods' on the customs form to avoid further taxation.  Failure to do so may result in the buyer being made liable for any import duties or taxes upon return.

9. REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to your card on the same day the returned item is received and an email confirming refund sent.
